Smoky BBQ Sauce
This delicious and tangy BBQ sauce recipe features Hop Barons Pork Seasoning for a smoky and slightly spicy twist. Ingredients
1 cup ketchup | 1 packet Hop Barons Mustard Pork Seasoning |
1/2 cup yellow mustard | 1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar | Salt and pepper; to taste |
1/4 cup honey |
Preparation
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the ketchup, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth.
2. Add the Hop Barons Mustard BBQ Rub & Seasoning and garlic powder to the saucepan and stir to combine.
3. Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
4. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it has thickened slightly.
5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Let the sauce cool to room temperature before using it as a marinade or dipping sauce for your favorite meats.
