These savory potato skins are loaded with flavorful ingredients, including Hop Baron's French Onion Dip mix, creating a unique twist on a classic appetizer. Perfect for game day or as a tasty snack any time.

Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes 4 slices cooked bacon; crumbled
1 packet Hop Baron's French Onion Dip mix 2 green onions thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Sour cream for serving

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry.

Pierce each potato several times with a fork, then place them directly on the oven rack.

Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.

Once the potatoes are cool enough to handle, slice them in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh, leaving a thin layer of potato inside the skins.

In a small bowl, combine the Hop Baron's French Onion Dip mix with sour cream until well blended.

Fill each potato skin with the sour cream mixture, then top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

Return the filled potato skins to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

Enjoy these delicious and flavorful potato skins as a satisfying appetizer or snack!
